Our signature pizza is our Neapolitan pizza dough which is thin, light, leapording, it is both crispy and chewy with a nice crust. We make this with 4 special ingredients imported Italian flour, imported San Marzano tomatoes from the volcanic plains of Mount Vesuvius, water and yeast. This pizza style was developed in Naples Italy and cooks in 90 seconds.

We use imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes for our pizza sauce. These sweet plum tomatoes from the region of San Marzano, near Naples are grown in rich volcanic soil at the base of Mount Vesuvius. We also use a very fine grind “00” flour that is imported from Italy
for our Neapolitan dough.
